  • Accomplish requirements for innovation and commercialization of foods launched for key account café and retail stores in North America

  • Group Manager of The Purefoods-Hormel Company, a leading food processing company in the Philippines

  • Plan and design the 7-day menu served to 30,000 participants of the World Youth Day in the Philippines that provide incremental sales

  • Organize and manage the consumer outreach club and services for The Purefoods-Hormel Company, Philippines

  • Organize and manage a company test kitchen that develops and publishes recipes, nutrition information and kitchen tips

  • Host live-cooking television shows nationally broadcasted in GMA7and Channel 5 and radio program “Breakfast with Tita Lhu” on business radio Philippines for more than 4 years.  This brought the name, “Tita Lhu” in close affinity to menus and meals shared in many homes and food service
